Certifications REQUIRED:

Requirements
- Truck must be 2008 or newer
- Truck must pass a State Inspection
- Truck tires 24.5" preferred
- Must be at least 25 years of age
- Must have at least 6 months of bottom drop experience
- Minimum 2 years experience CDL (current)
- No more than 2 minor moving violations and no major violations in the past 3 years
- NO DUI, DWI or Drug Offenses
- 10 years of verifiable employment
- Medical Card Long Form (5 pages)
